FAQ

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship internationally!  Please note that if you are purchasing from overseas, shipping may come with additional fees and longer waiting times related to customs clearance.

Countries I will not be able to ship to due to the restrictions on recieving USPS parcels are as follows:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Brunei Darussalam, Gaza Strip, Lebanon, Niue, Russian Federation, Syrian Arab Republic, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Yemen

My parcel was lost!  What can I do?

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing an order.  This includes building unit numbers.  If an order needs to be resent due to buyer error, this will incur an additional shipping charge.

Be aware that once the parcel has been dispatched, I am no longer in control of the handling of it by the postal offices.  If you suspect the order may be lost, please contact your local postal office and/or carrier.

How long will shipping take?

This is largely dependent on your location.  Here are some rough estimates.

USA (Domestic): 3-7 business days.
International: 3-8 weeks.

Keep in mind that these are only estimates and are subject to conditions like postal service error and weather conditions.  This does not include the time needed to prep your order or production time for preorder items.  Please allow some time for these factors before contacting me.

How do preorders work?

Funds for production will be gathered during the preorder period.  After this period ends, the item will be sent to production.  Please check the individual product pages or keep an eye out on my social media for updates on preorder items.

Orders containing both in stock items and preorder items will ship when all items are on hand.

Will I still be able to purchase preorder items after the preorder period ends?

After preorder items have been produced and fufilled, leftover sales may become available.  This is not a guarantee, nor are the amount of leftovers for a particular item.

What is your refund / exchange policy?

All sales are final, so no refunds, sorry!  Exchanges will only be available if the wrong item was sent, and the item(s) recieved were not modified by the buyer.  As a buyer, you acknowledge this terms before purchasing.

When requesting an exchange, please include your full name, email, and order confirmation number.

What is the pin grading system?

The pin grading system is what many artists use to define the quality of an individual pin.  The pin grading system I use is:

Standard: Little to no noticeable flaws.  Small scratches or dust spots that cannot be seen from a distance are considered standard grade.

Seconds: Minor flaws, such as a couple of air bubbles, multiple areas of underfilled enamel, moderate discoloration, are considered seconds.

Standard is the highest grade I offer.  I do not offer collector's grade / flawless pins.
